Optimism, Inspiration, & Action

Like many people, I get my inspiration from the people I associate with, those who share  collective points of view with friendly voices that I can plug into each week.  This type of group is like a good pair of earplugs, you can block out the static of everyday noise pollution. And, as we continue to listen deeply to the messages we share with one another, we begin to better understand the weekly babble that stirs up such contention in our society.  This noise is bad for the heart.  And, by that, I mean the emotional body of our planet, the noosphere. Kids killing kids is not new in this country.  Available guns to battle gang wars is not new.  The noise of violence drives some people crazy and we have a history of this, which the news teams then cover for days, even weeks keeping the energy string taut and ready to snap.

During those moments we need to be optimistic.

Optimism can be a political act, a response to an event so that we can take action with a shared belief in a higher vision as the great unifyer.  What?  How can a descent human be optimistic in the face of dead children? That isn’t what I refer to.  If we are not optimistic that we can make a change in the current debate about guns in our country we have already lost the momentum needed to make it happen.

It is Alex Steffan, a planetary futurist and visionary, who is releasing a book in September called “The Heroic Future” who points out to us that optimism as a political act may be the only emotional driver that sustains us.  Instead of letting ourselves sink into the sorrow of the mass shootings of innocent children, we have a new tool to help us rise to our highest potential and join the youth who have slogans like “Never Again”, “Have a Heart”, reaching out to us adults and the lawmakers with a Presence of Purpose that was, and continues to be astonishing.

“Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Florida” was the basic headline for the first week of news. How many of us got on the phone and called our legislators demanding gun control reform?  I am writing those who are in Texas because fortunately we have a big election here and early voting is a positive thing when our letters and phone calls have an impact because the election is right around the corner.

It was heartbreaking when the children went by bus to the Florida State building expecting to be heard.  Their blood was still hot from the horror of the experience.  It never occurred to them that a meeting would not be allowed. Politicians turned their back on those survivors.  It was unconscionable.

You know the rest.

Still, I am inspired and hopeful that enough response from voters will make the legislators think twice before saying no to us again. We are the ones whose vote counts.  Therefore I am taking action.  Granted it is a small action, but I am optimistic that action taken with strong language, and a reminder that children are our most precious leaders of the future will make an impression on those who read my letters. To prepare  I got on the Women’s League of Voters website and printed out the names of those who are up for election.   I also have a list of national legislators whose biggest donor was the NRA.  And I have justice on my side.  Injustice is the clarion call for all of us to respond to and to create change.  We may not win the first round, or the tenth for that matter, but when we keep applying pressure to those who have the power to save lives it is worth our effort to stay on track.

Please take action today.  Do whatever your heart calls for you to do to make your point of view known to those who have power over us.  You know that is really what is at stake right?  We live in a power over society where government and big money dictates what laws will and will not be written.  So, please try to make a dent in the walls of your state or national congressional halls.  Optimism,  inspired by these school age children, has fired me up to take action. I hope it has done the same for you.

If you are a marcher, please come out in your community on the dates planned for civil disobedience in your area to prove the collective point that we are not willing to let any more school kids die because another 18-year-old can buy an AK-15 and slaughter others who are innocent.

We will take one step at a time to heal the minds of these children who attack first and if they live, go to prison or a mental institution.  There is always another day to be inspired to take action to make the world a better place, to be optimistic that together we can make a difference, and to take action that sends a strong message to legislators that we have had enough, and we will hold them responsible for incidents like these shootings. AND they will not be re-elected if they do nothing.

Thank you, everyone. And thank you to the students of  Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School for their heart and belief in a better world.

Toning the Frequencies of Cocreation

Today is Valentine’s Day and we are Singing Our Songs of Love to all of creation.  You may not know about frequency healing modalities or even care to know yet we are all affected by the sounds around us that are “noise” vs “healthy”.  A child laughs.  The trash truck rumbles down the street.  A group of kids play basketball.  A shot rings out.

When thought of like this, we enter a new perception of the power sound has on our senses. Therefore our bodies benefit when we use tone as a wash of calm like the music I am playing as I write this to you. It feels like a meditation and yet my mind is alert.  My shoulders have dropped slightly, relaxing, while my fingers type.  This is just the outward sign of how music can be a healing tool; and today especially, is dedicated to deeper experiences of tone and harmonics as a healing agent.

Johnathan Goldman is known as the expert on the use of toning for better health and meditation. I have a few of his cd’s because I love the benefit I receive from a time-out with an intention to decompress.  There are events occurring today around the world and I am sorry that I didn’t write about this yesterday, but hopefully you learned about an event. I believe we are led to what blesses us every day of our lives.  Of course we don’t have happy days 365 days of the year,  nonetheless if we shift our perception just a little, we can begin to see the signs of a greater good that accompanies those unhappy days.  What are we letting go of?  How are we empowering ourselves by speaking up?  How good does it feel when we can look in the mirror and love ourselves just the way we are?  Even a good stretch without pain is a benefit that we can work toward.

We can offer that same feeling of empowerment to our planet, and all living things, when we take the time to sing our prayers out loud, or play inspirational music while we meditate to start or close our day.  If your vibrations are changed for the better, you do affect the whole system which also experiences a shift in vibration. This means that waves of energy move toward or away from the core according to the quality of the energy manifested by each of us on the planet. Think about that.  When the engine was designed it changed the world.  When people become aware of the energy they produce in their own lives, positive and negative, the whole world will benefit as each of us, one by one owns our personal enlightenment.

No one wants to make the same mistake over and over.  There are tools, physical and invisible that can help us shift our own reality into becoming part of “the good of the whole” zone.  The more time we spend in we-thinking instead of the usual me-thinking we make progress. Are you willing to change your patterns?  This change will happen little by little, but with practice you grow more powerful because your intention reflects the positive energy you are creating and that energy in turn creates a circle so powerful that more and more of us join the song of cocreation.  This is when things really start to accellerate.  We are close.  Ver close, in fact.

Have you been consciously in tune with the universe and seen it out-picture a miracle in your life?  You know it when it happens. Right now you probably have a hit and miss relationship with this concept, but develop your skill-set and suddenly you create miracles and blessings for others at a steady pace. We are talking about energy and how it enhances the quality of all living things.  Energy does not have a limit but we can limit it by choice.  It keeps going, but we can slow it down.  And, it changes its form when certain conditions are met.  It resembles a chameleon in that respect, a reptile that changes color through chemistry.  You are a self enclosed energy system.

Your energy system informs the whole resonant field of where it goes next.  When the majority of us consciously use our mind and emotions to change what is not working for the whole, then the whole will break down and allow something new to manifest.  That, dear hearts, is the basic pattern of our universe.  When enough of us say “no more” to suffering, pollution, and extinction those things will change. Each of us is a powerhouse.  Please don’t forget that.

As of today you have been informed. There is no turning back. You can say no or you can say GO!  I’ll see you on the flip side, in the paradise we create for all living things because love is the strongest of our many emotions.  Love is the highest frequency we can perceive through our senses.  In the world of frequency there are  still higher levels that we are meant to use by the time we all awaken to the master plan of creation.  Our planet is vibrating at a higher frequency (energetic tonal rate) than in past decades.  People have been waking up and working toward the goal they have set for themselves, to be free from pain and suffering, and we also benefit because of their work.

In the future others will acknowledge that we did the heavy lifting at the turn of the century.  We are the ones who are conscious now.  Those who still sleep will awaken when their time comes to finish the shift toward wholeness, towards oneness.  In the meantime thank you.  Thank you for thinking about the New World and what it means to know who you truly are: a human who is transfiguring into his or her Divinity.

Blessings of Music, Tonal Healing and Song to each of you.

“Oneness” up close and personal…

Those of us who believe that the universe is a resonant field of energy know that we are more susceptible to the ups and downs, more affected by another’s feelings,  and whenever we take the time to go deeper into our own emotions sometimes we don’t  know if we are reacting to our own emotional landscape or to someone else close to us. Emotions are complicated.

Once we understand and begin to live in the bigger picture of “Oneness” we also begin to notice that these energy fields are consciously interacting with our personal thought forms.  Have you taken classes on the subject of manifestation?  How many of us have realized that when the painful lessons come we should be grateful?  Because we are interconnected, our first response is to help each other when life is complicated, but I would like to say that instead of pushing against the problem try acceptance, working through the emotional pain, and forgiveness for those who participated, if necessary, help us to be stronger than before; individually and collectively.

I applaud myself whenever I have something devastating happen in my life because I’ve learned to better understand how the universe plays to our emotions about life and relationships. I know that I am going to come out of it whole because it is not in my mind that I can fail.  I may have to let go of something, or someone I wanted, but loss is not always the wrong choice.  Holding on can ruin our lives and extend the emotional lesson that hurts.  I’ve been there.  I’ve tried to avoid my emotions. That didn’t work.  I tried staying busy helping others.  That exhausted me.  Then I gained a few pounds while I regrouped in front of the television.  That really didn’t help.

In Oneness we are all here to change one especially big issue:  we are still stuck in our patterns of denial.  We are not small.  We are not victims. We are not incapable of creating solutions to very big problems. Now consider that thought and look forward 5 years.  Our goal is to work with our passions in order to stay focused on any goal we are passionate about and for which we see a need for change.  We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.  I believe that it was Fr. Tieldhard Pierre de Chardin who originally said this.  I could be wrong about that, however, it would make sense because he believed in a resonant energy field around the earth that he and his co-pioneers named the “noosphere”  It is like a thinking layer for our planet to manifest what is needed according to the current reality of life.  Our thoughts support this field — so if you are a positive person you empower the global resonant field toward the good.  Negative?  Your thoughts weaken the energy flow.  Everything is energy and energy is affected by all types of energy.

My favorite concept is my belief in personal relationships with all living things, I want to help the living be healthy, free of species-arrogance (all living things are equal).  We know that the environment is not healthy for any of us. I want to see justice done to those who have poisoned our planet.  Many of us suffer deeply because we are so sure we have no control over the corporations who are responsible.  We look at those who have tried and failed.  As you may guess, this is because we have been born and raised in a cultural hierarchy that supports big business. We have been taught that it is necessary for us to have jobs and products that we need.  This “less-than enough” is one of the lies we humans believe that deeply wounds us.  It is a terrible lie. Choose to let that go.

Find your group of like-minded people.  Dedicate yourself to something that will make you feel worthy of your success.  People have been suppressed all around the world and it is time that we show them by example that we are going to change the systems that have caused the problems in this world.  What can make you feel better than success?  When you create relationships within a group that is actively working with the positive potential for the creation of a healthier environment or government, for instance, you learn so much about yourself.  Sometimes that means a squabble or two among group members, but those who stay are those who were always meant to be the change-makers.  Change-makers are inspired individuals who take action in order to create a new form of reality that is better than the previous one.

Does that sound like a description of you?  I believe that now is the time for all dysfunctional systems to change.  Do you?  Let’s help each other.  Sometimes it takes a little push.  However, one day you will be sitting with your friends around a table, laughing and eating very satisfying food together.  You will be celebrating a phase of your victory.  The truth is that there will always be more phases to your victory, but it is going to feel very, very good, so enjoy it.

As you succeed you become the models for others to succeed.  There really is no need for us to fail.  We are creating a “power with” society in the 21st century.  The energy cannot stop because this new world is our destiny.  It’s been a long time coming.

When You Wish Upon a Star

I am reminded of the many times I have waited during the silent night, to witness the magnificence of our sky in action as it transverses its orbit.   Our sky is a little piece of heaven that rotates around our planet, a teacher to us of majesty and mindfulness.  In those rare moments when you are thrilled with a shooting star, or the planets are in a special type of alignment by design, we feel safe because the  repetitive patterns assure us that what has been will circle around again.

Regardless of what the times may look like, we are simply seeing the decay of the old.  The real truth is that we are creating opportunities for humanity to respect all people, and for governments to stop the power-over model and realize the shared power of equity for all. Never forget that like stars in the sky people are the power on earth, and all else falls away as illusion until we are finally able to hear the songs of the heavens being sung exquisitely by those who have become enlightened before us.  Meanwhile, they prompt us to lay on our backs and look up into the sky.  As we fall into the peace of the darkness and begin to feel the connection to everything we know, we know the real truth of our present reality. We are One Whole.

We are the healers, the change makers, the stable archetypes that will guide us ever forward.  Within our deep and quiet moments we are cocreating a new reality.  Watch for the shooting star!  It might be your own brilliant idea for social change.  Its light will guide you home.

The Gordian Knot in 2018

Feb 3, 2016 – The term “Gordian knot,” commonly used to describe a complex or unsolvable problem, can be traced back to a legendary chapter in the life of Alexander the Great… The saying “cutting the Gordian knot” is now commonly used to describe a creative or decisive solution to a seemingly insurmountable problem.

Today we live with complex issues, and as Sacred Activists and people who are coming together in communities dedicated to solving societal problems some days it feels like we are tangled up in an impossible situation.  The question is “how do we change something for the “good of the whole” when the opposition faction has created a power-over the people of the world?

There are many wonderful organizations forming around the world that afford us opportunities to brainstorm solutions, and to work in both the physical and the etheric realms for constructive change.  Recently I visited We, the World and saw that they have 11 Campaigns For Change.  They are: Theme of Unity, Interdependence, Environment, Economic Justice, Health, Children and Youth, Women, Human Rights, Freedom, Disarmament, and Peace.

I liked the way they broke down what their organization wanted to support.  I compared their ideas to those of beloved Barbara Max Hubbard’s Wheel of Cocreation,  in which 12 sectors exist in which dynamic change could create a better world for us all:  Justice, Health, Spirituality, Infrastructure, Environment, Media, Governance, Relations, Arts, Economics, Science and Education.

For a couple of years I have been working on my 2nd book:  365 Days of Affirmations for Sacred Activists.  As you can imagine, the outline created by others working for social change has been instrumental in how I chose to approach my project.  Oh yeah, I took a year off because the emotional toll of staying in the painful dysfunction of these sectors was too much to bear.  But I am back at work now.  The emotional toll, however, is part of what ultimately inspires us to create change.  And that is what the Gordian Knot is to me.

Alexander the Great simply cut through the knot, cheating the intellectual challenge, but we, as individuals who seek to cocreate a better society for humanity cannot cheat, we have to arrive at creatively solved problems, or at least steps that will take us toward our destination.  Toward that end it occurred to me that I could research groups that might help my readers connect with people of like-mind.  I’ve begun that process already, so today I want to add a few groups to my list of organizations who are working within the emerging evolutionary impulse.

I was listening to a Jean Houston telecom and she was sharing her thoughts on the “entelechy”, which she calls the soul’s code.  Entelechy is a philosophical realization of  that which makes actual what is otherwise potential, to make the description short and sweet.  As I listened I wondered what I could accomplish if I allowed myself to be in loveships instead  of relationships.  Love is an entelechy’s language. This then would serve the impulse of love within us all.  And hopefully, we would be able to make actual what is currently potential in the social systems of the world by approaching systems change with the love from our soul’s coding.

Relationships imply commonality, but may not be as closely connected as a loveship experience with another or others in a group.  The soul’s code then supplies opportunities for us to find each other, to gravitate to groups where we will find one another, very likely those of us who are able to work well together and are willing to create applications in the world that others can build upon as change becomes reality.

So with that thought I offer you a few more websites that I have either visited before, or that looked interesting and in alignment with our collective desire to heal that which is broken in the world.

The clock is ticking down…

but not in the way you may think.  I am here to tell you that citizens must protest and begin a challenge to existing law (Constitutional) that keeps politicians from shutting down the government’s budget as a political maneuver to force the other party to give them what they want.

For those of you who love the co-creator’s wheel, Government is a hot topic since our President was elected.  We all have an opinion about where we find ourselves and our children under this administration.  And still I say that we cannot let this type of political hostage remain legal.  There are ways to bring the whole system into balance again.

What if those of us who were passionate about government were to brainstorm ways that we could begin to push back?  For instance, any college teaching Constitutional Law might be talked into using their students on an extra credit basis to research a legal challenge regarding the way Congress uses the Budget’s renewal as a legal tactic to get what their party wants, and what they believe the President will approve.

The issue with DACA, and the deadline for those raised in our country, who know no other homeland, and yet our government is threatening eviction, so all of these precious people’s future is on the line tonight.  Our cocreator groups are people who are compassionate, live within the model of loving good will for all living things, and we are passionate about finding a way to use our gifts and skillsets to change the broken systems.

And, we are not the only ones who are sacred activists.  Many of us have joined several groups because we are complex individuals and we nurture ourselves by participating within groups of like-mind. We are a force that is waiting to move into action.  Not only is this possible it is desperately needed that we work within our passion and personal purposes to do the work we were born to accomplish.  This is the time we have been waiting for, my beloved sisters and brothers.

Let’s use another example, the environment is tortured.  Not only that, I read about the amounts of radioactive material that is allowed by the government, and trust me when I tell you that you should enter your zip code and find out where your local water sources stand.  Go to EWG.org.  Check it out, I think you will like the website.

In order for us to become the best at what we want to accomplish we have to learn from those who are already in the field that we have an interest in, and then we can rally around the goals we have as change-makers.

I am currently working on a list of resources for us to review.  And, I encourage you to get in touch with me if you find other resources for us that I can post.  We do not want to keep our resources to ourselves, obviously, and we already know that the time to plan in now.

Lastly, let’s not forget that we need to renew our energy and stay focused on remaining calm while we do this work of the ages.  I have a few website/facebook pages for you tonight.  All of these groups are online.  You will recognize many of them.

  •  Google+ Group:  Spiritual Consciousness

  •   Google+ Group: The Wisdom Factory.de

  •  Soul Self Living.com

  • Good of the Whole on Facebook.  We all know this fabulous site.

  •  Milagro World Center on Facebook.  Ditto.  Our sister and brother are the cocreators of this beautiful resource.

  •  The Source of Synergy on Facebook

  •  Humanity’s Team, yeah team!

  •  Evolutionary Leaders In Service to Conscious Evolution on Facebook – sound familiar?

  • EWG.org.  Check out their sustainable human videos.

We are going to change the world.  Count on it.  Women took to the street the day after Mr. Trump was sworn in.  It was the biggest march and protest  in our country’s history Rachel Maddow said on the news tonight.  I trust her word.

Trust yourselves.  Step into your new role.  The one that will make you feel as if you were born to fulfill a special purpose.  You were.

Thank you for your Presence.  Thank you for your willingness to expand your consciousness.

Co-Creators Resources: Changing the Dialogue

I have reviewed several websites, Facebook sites, and Groups on Google looking for my own match when it comes to evoking social change and the manifestation of good works.  First, I had to be clear about what I thought was not working in order to find the group I thought might help me move from thought into action for social healing.  You have your opinions and I have mine, but can we communicate and find the third voice, that space in the center between us that is “we”?  What type of circle style have you joined in the past?  I know from experience that if you feel safe to speak your truth that means the circle is healthy.

Is your circle setting a goal to change something in the social systems that we live within?  This is an activism circle; you have a goal that you believe is for the good of the whole and the members have all agreed to cocreate plans, and actions to get the attention of those in charge who have the power to influence the systems from the inside out.

Coming of age in the 60s I thought it was my right to protest and march against the establishment.  Sometimes I hoped it would turn into a party on the streets because I felt unfulfilled.  After joining NOW  I didn’t see change fast enough for my dreams and I got discouraged again.  Now, as an elder it is my time to push back against those who are causing pain and suffering in my world.  Yes, I claim it.  This world is mine. It is yours if you take action, too.

So why are so many social systems broken? Our systems are broken because humanity is broken, and if we can do one thing to shift the suffering into harmony it is this; learn how to work in tandem with each other. Join a group.  Do it with telephone conferences if you are not ready to do it face to face.  Listen and learn.  There will be ups and downs but if you stay with it you will find that fine line of respect that exists within healthy circles.

It used to be that without experience in the public issues arena we didn’t know how to talk to each other, to agree with or disagree during conversations without rancor.  Thankfully everyone seems to have a blog these days.  However, I recently read a post in a group where a member asked for help during a difficult time and she received no answer back.  Worse,  she was shamed and blamed when she spoke up and pushed back.  Finally, things settled down but she was scarred by the experience.

Communication is at the center of our lives.  We are getting better, and yet, it takes determination to have deep dialogue with others, even in groups of like-minded individuals.  Thankfully, I see positive responses from people who come into a conversation grounded in their respect for one another and the good of the whole due to the passion those who answer the call have for the cause.

And that, beloved’s, is why we will be known in the future as the “We” generation.  We are the ones willing to use dialogue and action to right what is wrong in our world.   There are always three aspects to any conversation as I mentioned earlier: there is you, me and the 3rd person is “we”.

Lastly, I want to speak to sustainable change. Those who have not known healthy relationships in their lifetime will likely become the majority who create pain for others. Greed, loneliness, and prejudice are just three of the reasons our emotional boundaries have been globally compromised.  People tend to behave badly when they are unhappy.  They can also be taught that class equals entitlement, meaning they intend to continue the unhealthy patterns from past generations: more is better, and such.

I recently listened to a short Ram Dass recording and I was amazed at the concepts he spoke about.  He was talking about a healthy warrior who held no rancor against those who were out of alignment with the needs of the whole, and so this warrior was able to be more effective in the world.  I can’t yet say that I don’t resent some of our legislators who have ruined democracy for me.  I am going to do my best to take the personal out of the equation. I am going to show up at events, and conference calls that help me to move into that sacred space of non-judgment so that I can become a better minister, a better person, and a stronger woman for sacred activism.

We are all at a point in our lives that we are called to pay attention to what is good in the world and support it.  The same goes for what is finally ready to morph itself into a constructive alternative.  You are the agent of change.  It starts with you.  Let your words convey to others that you are ready to become a Sacred Activist.  Thank you.
